Sync and offline fixes

Entries written on a plane or a train now sync reliably the moment you’re back online, with no duplicates.

What we fixed

A small number of entries written offline could appear twice after syncing. That’s fixed, and duplicates created by the bug have been merged automatically.

We also made opening the app noticeably faster on older phones.

A slower Sunday

Walked the long way home from the market and didn’t check my phone once. The light on the river at five was the colour of weak tea, and for a minute I wasn’t planning anything at all.

Note to self: more of this.
